Many times, as a customer, we learn more about what we love in a product and a business by first understanding the sort of product we hate and the type of business we can’t stand.

Almost every business has the same sort of mission statement: valuing their customers and always trying to do their best. You won’t find a business that will tell you their shortfalls in their ‘About Us’ section.
